Work experience

Before joining in Han Kun, Yolanda Liu worked at AllBright Law Offices in Shanghai for nearly two years.  Her practice focuses primarily on cross-border investment and cross-border compliance.  She provides cross-border transaction and compliance solutions to clients including energy and natural resources companies and cross-border investment funds.  Her work spans a range of strategic emerging industries, including healthcare, TMT (technology, media and telecommunications), new energy, and natural resources.

Educational background

Yolanda Liu received her Bachelor's degrees from Shanghai International Studies University, and later obtained a Master's degree in Economic Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
