Work experience

Ms. Liu has been engaged in legal practice since 2023.  She previously worked at Hylands Law Firm and King & Capital Law Firm, before joining Han Kun Law Offices in September 2025.  Ms. Liu has provided investment and financing services as well as perennial legal counsel services for a number of enterprises.  Her practice areas include corporate compliance, civil and commercial dispute resolution, asset securitization, corporate bonds.

Educational background

Ms. Liu obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Jilin University in 2020 and a Master of Laws degree in International Law from Jilin University in 2023.
