Mr. Su's primary practice focuses on aircraft financing and leasing, banking and finance, asset-backed securitization, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Su has represented numerous domestic and international leasing companies, banks, and airlines in a wide range of aviation financing and leasing transactions involving aircraft, aircraft engines, and aviation spare parts, including onshore and cross-border operating lease and finance lease, sale-and-leaseback, lease novation, aircraft portfolio sale and purchase, freighter conversion aircraft sale or lease, and business jet acquisitions and disposals.
Mr. Su played a key role in China's first cross-border aircraft repossession project, providing comprehensive support to the foreign lessor throughout the entire repossession process, and he gained extensive experience in aircraft repossession procedures.
Mr. Su is also well-versed in the Cape Town Convention and the Civil Aviation Administration of China's (CAAC) registration rules, and he has represented clients from both China and abroad in handling numerous related matters.
Mr. Su has also participated in multiple asset-backed securitization projects, including the establishment and issuance of various types of asset-backed securities such as loan receivables and accounts receivable-backed securities.
