Before joining Han Kun Law Offices in August 2019, Mr. Tang practiced as an associate in the Shanghai office of King & Wood Mallesons.
Mr. Tang advises a number of domestic and foreign aircraft leasing companies and domestic airlines on their financing and leasing of aircraft, engines and aviation equipment, including operating leases, finance leases, lease novations and assignments, sale-leasebacks, and tax-bonded leases.
Mr. Tang advises various financial institutions and borrowers on numerous cross-border and domestic lending transactions covering, without limitation, syndicated loans, bilateral loans, acquisition financing and project financing across industries such as real estate, automobile and pharmaceuticals.
Mr. Tang has also helped to establish a number of financial institutions, including foreign banks' PRC representative offices, branch offices and subsidiaries, and provided PRC law advice on their daily business and operations and helped to review and revise standard documents for their businesses. Mr. Tang regularly renders legal advice on PRC regulatory requirements to various financial institutions for their business, operating, and marketing activities in China.
