Ms. Wenjing Qiu's practice focuses on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, venture capital investment, foreign direct investment (FDI), joint ventures and pharmaceutical/healthcare-related transactions. Ms. Qiu's practice covers a variety of industries, including technology, the Internet, energy, pharmaceutical and healthcare, culture and entertainment, new materials, and consumer goods. Ms. Qiu has represented many foreign and domestic funds and companies in their private equity financing and venture capital investment projects and mergers and acquisition transactions. Ms. Qiu provides a full range of legal services in these transactions and projects, including deal structuring, group restructurings, legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents and leading negotiations. Ms. Qiu has also acted as the PRC legal adviser for issuers in a number of companies' initial public offerings on overseas stock exchanges.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Qiu practiced for several years with a U.S. law firm and a Chinese law firm.
