Work experience

Ms. Dong's practice primarily focuses on capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Dong's legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Dong worked for over two years with Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Educational background

Ms. Dong graduated from Jilin University with an LL.B. degree in law, and obtained an LL.M. degree in law from Sun Yat-Sen University.
