Work experience

Sophia represents issuers and underwriters in both public and private equity securities offerings in Hong Kong and advises Hong Kong, PRC, and multinational clients on their mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and takeovers.  She also regularly advises Hong Kong public companies on corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters.  
Sophia has been involved in Hong Kong IPOs covering industries including retail, energy, real estate, and manufacturing.  She has also represented several companies and funds in their strategic investments in Hong Kong listed companies.

Educational background

Sophia obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree, a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Government and Laws) degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Law from The University of Hong Kong.
