Work experience

Mr. Lv specializes in public REITs, quasi-REITs, real estate ABS, and mergers and acquisitions in the infrastructure and commercial real estate sectors.  His clients mainly include state-owned enterprises and private companies in the areas of energy, transportation, and municipal infrastructure, as well as financial institutions such as securities companies and fund management companies.
Representative projects in which Mr. Lv has participated include: Vipshop Outlets Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund, Beijing Capital Outlets Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund, Shandong Hi-Speed Group Expressway Closed-End Infrastructure Securities Investment Fund, China Resources Land Consumer Infrastructure 2024 Phase 1 Asset-Backed Special Plan, China Merchants Shekou Consumer Infrastructure Phase 1 Asset-Backed Special Plan, Jingmen Thermal Power Energy Infrastructure Investment Asset-Backed Special Plan (Quasi-REIT), SPIC - Northeast Company Energy Infrastructure Investment Asset-Backed Special Plan (Quasi-REIT).

Educational background

Mr. Lv received his LL.M. degree from Duke University School of Law in 2020.  Prior to that, Mr. Lv graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Law degree and a Bachelor of Law degree.
