Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Liu held positions with COMAC Shanghai Aircraft Manufactruing Co., Ltd., Zhong Lun Law Firm in Shanghai, and Pingan Trust Co., Ltd.
Mr. Liu has long engaged in legal practice and research related to structured financing products and asset securitization. He has participated in numerous investment and financing projects involving with standard, non-standard, and alternative products. The projects he has been involved in cover nearly all types of major products issued on the Interbank Market, exchanges (including insurance exchanges), and OTC markets. Mr. Liu also engages in banking and finance matters, such as insurance fund and trust fund management.
