Work experience

Ms. Li specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  She focuses on due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and conducting legal research.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Li interned with both Fangda Partners and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.

Educational background

In 2019, Ms. Li received an LL.B. degree from Sun Yat-sen University.  In 2020, Ms. Li received LL.M. degree from London School of Economics and Political Science.  Ms. Li attended the University of Southamption as an exchange student at the Sino-British Joint Law School, before which she was also an exchange student at Kookmin University in South Korea.
