Work experience

Zhiyao Liu has practiced law since 2017.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Liu worked for four years with Yuanda China Law Offices.  Ms. Liu focuses her practice on compliance (specifically anti-bribery, FCPA, anti-monopoly, competition law, and related risk assessment and investigations), general corporate, government regulatory, and governmental affairs.

Educational background

Ms. Liu received a Bachelor of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2014.  Ms. Liu received an LL.M. from New York University School of Law in 2016.
