Mr. Ding's practice focuses on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He is responsible for due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and legal research. He has assisted many large multinational companies in cross-border transactions and investments involving China and has provided legal advice to many corporate clients on their strategic decisions and daily operations. Mr. Ding has extensive experience in the life sciences and healthcare field, having represented many large pharmaceutical and medical device companies in projects such as license-in/out and drug asset transactions, investment and financing, and compliance and regulatory matters for the entire pharmaceutical and medical device life cycle.
