Ms. Dana Wu focuses her practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, capital markets, outbound investments, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience handling complex legal and commercial issues relating to a wide variety of industries and business activities.
Dana frequently represents multinational companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds, and start-up companies in their acquisitions, investments, financings, and divestments in China. She has in-depth knowledge of complicated cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions. Dana also advises Chinese state-owned and private companies on their outbound acquisitions and investments in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Dana represents clients across diverse industries, including technology, biomedical, automotive, chemicals, industrial product manufacturing, real estate, and finance.
Before joining Han Kun in 2021, Dana practiced law with Jones Day in Shanghai for over 15 years.
