Ms. Liu has extensive experience providing tax services to multinationals and Chinese enterprises. She excels in advising clients on overall enterprise business operations, especially tax-related issues. Ms. Liu has provided tax consulting services to many investment institutions and large TMT industry clients, including restructure planning, business model optimization, tax health check, tax incentive application, and advisory to equity incentive and employee stock ownership plan. Ms. Liu has advised on many RMB fund and USD fund structure and tax compliance issues. She also has extensive practical experience providing tax declaration services, such as tax reporting for large-scale indirect share transfer transactions (Bulletin No. 7 transactions), tax filing and advice on foreign exchange issues for cross-border transactions, tax filing for individual's share transfers, etc.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Liu worked with Deloitte China as a senior tax consultant.
