Ms. Zhang has over 18 years of extensive practice experience in the field of intellectual property, focusing on complex patent litigation, invalidation, and licensing negotiations.  She has also accumulated broad practical experience in corporate intellectual property strategies, patent analysis, and intellectual property due diligence.  Ms. Zhang is especially proficient in intellectual property disputes in high-tech sectors such as communications, audio-video, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and new energy.
Ms. Zhang has represented numerous high-tech multinational corporations and startups, successfully handling a large number of complex intellectual property disputes.  She excels in tailoring efficient and practical legal solutions for clients, particularly in complex cases involving global parallel litigations, where she provides strategic and comprehensive resolutions from global perspective and helps clients coordinate and manage foreign parallel litigations.  Her extensive experience in standard-essential patents is particularly noteworthy.  With a solid legal foundation, deep technical understanding, and dual practice background representing both domestic and international rights holders and implementers, Ms. Zhang is able to offer clients comprehensive and thoughtful solutions.  She has led teams in handling several industry-impacting cases worldwide. Ms. Zhang received a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2004, a master's degree in Information and Communication Systems from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2007, and an LL.M. degree in 2016 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.
