Ms. Feng's primary practice areas include general corporate, commercial, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, construction engineering, and labor and employment. Her advisory experience covers a broad range of industries and sectors, including information technology, manufacturing, chemicals, technology, real estate, consulting services, and consumer goods.
Ms. Feng provides legal services to clients relating to investment and business operations in China, e.g., assisting clients in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, providing legal analysis and advice on new investment projects, corporate governance, labor and employment, corporate compliance policies and business models. In the practice area of mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Feng has supported multiple cross-border and domestic M&A projects, where her legal work included legal due diligence, transaction structure design, transaction documents drafting/review, transaction negotiations and escrow account assistance, closing and post-closing assistance. In the practice area of construction engineering, Ms. Feng reviewed and advised on various construction-related contracts for the clients' investment projects and new factories. Ms. Feng has also supported several mass layoffs/redundancy cases and assisted clients in handling labor and employment matters and formulating HR policies.
Ms. Feng began her legal career in 2019 and joined Han Kun in 2022. Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Feng worked in Shanghai Qinli Law Firm (a member of Deloitte Legal).
