Work experience

Mr. Zhang focuses on corporate, regulatory compliance, and transactional services for life sciences, biopharmaceutical, medical and healthcare industries, including biosecurity and human genetic resource issues, clinical trial matters, product marketing authorizations, GxP compliance, anti-trust, and drug licensing and collaboration.

Educational background

Mr. Zhang received a bachelor’s degree in English from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, after which he attended Koguan Law School, Shanghai Jiao Tong University for further studies and obtained a Juris Master degree.  Mr. Zhang also holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
