She subsequently joined the Shanghai office of Haiwen & Partners, where she focused on cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as investment and financing transactions. There, she provided high-quality legal services to numerous domestic and international clients across a wide range of industries, including life sciences and healthcare, semiconductors, logistics and transportation, commercial complex operations, beauty and cosmetics, trendy toys, and internet insurance.
In 2022, Ms. Sun joined the Shanghai office of Han Kun Law Offices, where she has further deepened her expertise in investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, as well as pharmaceutical business development (BD) transactions. She is highly proficient in all phases of a transaction, including structure design, legal due diligence, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, and execution. Ms. Sun has played a key role in leading and participating in multiple major transactions with significant market influence.
