Work experience

Ms. Xu has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since 2022.
Ms. Xu specializes in data protection and cybersecurity.  She focuses on the legal research of data compliance issues in China, Europe, and the United States.  She has experience conducting legal and policy research, corporate data compliance risk assessments, and due diligence.

Educational background

Ms. Xu received a Bachelor of Law degree in 2020 from Peking University.  She later received an LL.M. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022.
