Professionals Jun (Julia) Zhu

Work experience

Ms. Zhu started her legal career since 2021.  Before joining Han Kun, she interned with King & Wood Mallesons and Zhong Lun Law Firm.
Ms. Zhu focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate affairs.  She assists clients in due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal research, and other legal matters.

Educational background

Ms. Zhu obtained an LL.B. degree from the Beijing Institute of Technology in 2019, and an LL.M. degree from the China University of Political Science and Law in 2022.
