Work experience

Ms. Long specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  She focuses on due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and conducting legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Long received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wuhan University of Technology and a Bachelor of Economics degree from Wuhan University in 2019.  She later received a Master of Law degree from Fudan University in 2022.
