Work experience

Ms. Xie has been practicing law at Han Kun Law since July 2015, where she specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, foreign/outbound direct investments, and general corporate matters.  She has extensive experience in designing transaction structures, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and legal due diligence.  Ms. Xie has represented and provided legal services to many Chinese and multinational companies in relation to their various PRC legal matters, covering industries such as internet, telecommunications, high-tech, electronics technology, life science and pharmaceutical, energy, food, and film-television.

Educational background

Ms. Xie received her master's degree in civil and commercial law in 2015 from China University of Political Science and Law.  Prior to that, Ms. Xie obtained an LL.B. degree in 2012 from China University of Political Science and Law.
