Ms. Zhao specializes in venture capital and private equity, onshore and offshore capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, foreign and outbound direct investment, and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience in designing transaction structures, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and legal due diligence. Ms. Zhao has represented and provided a wide range of legal services to various large and medium-sized state owned and private enterprises, listed companies, multinational corporations, private equity funds, start-ups and fast-growing companies. Ms. Zhao has represented clients in handling many projects that involve acquiring assets and equity interests, investment and financing, share offerings, bond issuances, etc., covering industries such as TMT, hi-tech, electronic technology, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, environmental technology, telecommunications, internet, energy, education, internet finance, etc.
