Professionals Shuyi Qu

Work experience

Ms. Qu specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital market transactions, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Qu received her master's degree in Sino-American Comparative Law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2018.  Prior to that, Ms. Qu graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2015.
