In domestic and overseas capital markets, Ms. Zhang has advised dozens of Chinese companies on their IPO listings on domestic and overseas stock exchanges (including Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong), as well as on private placements, major asset restructurings, and listed company acquisitions involving domestic public firms. She also serves as legal counsel to multiple A-share listed companies. Her expertise spans a diverse range of sectors, including automotive-related industries, new energy and advanced materials, communications and semiconductors, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), life sciences and healthcare, consumer and retail, fintech and financial services, and industrial manufacturing.
In the investment and M&A field, Ms. Zhang has represented numerous investors (including but not limited to Sequoia China, Legend Capital, Sinovation Ventures, CICC Capital, Pine Grove Capital, and Huajin Capital) in domestic investment and M&A transactions. The legal services she provides cover due diligence, transaction structure design, negotiation participation, transaction document drafting, and issuing legal opinions.
