Mr.Lin started practicing law in 2000 and established Shanghai Yuanben Law Firm in 2007, serving as a senior partner. He joined Han Kun in February 2022 following the merger between Han Kun and Shanghai Yuanben.

Mr. Lin has extensive experience in the field of legal services for state-owned assets and enterprises, serving as a legal advisor to the Shanghai Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, providing legal support for major government decisions and dispute resolution. Mr. Lin serves as a legal advisor to the Shanghai Stock Exchange and has extensive experience in state-owned property rights transactions, state-owned asset disposals, public resource transactions, and other fields.
