Work experience

Ms. Ma specializes in financial services and regulation, international asset management, and general corporate matters.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Ma worked at Linklaters LLP and Allen & Overy LLP.

Educational background

Ms. Ma received her Master of Laws degree from the University of Virginia School of Law and her Bachelor of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law.  She was also sponsored by China Scholarship Council to study at the University of California, Berkeley.
