Work experience

Before joining Han Kun in 2023, Mr. Fengqi Yu worked in the Shanghai Office of JunHe LLP.  Mr. Yu's practice areas mainly cover healthcare and life sciences, private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and general corporate matters.  He has provided legal services to, among others, a number of multinational pharmaceutical enterprises, medical device enterprises, and consumer goods enterprises.

Educational background

Mr. Fengqi Yu earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2021 and his LL.M. degree from Cornell University in 2022.
