Professionals Yitao Guo

Work experience

Mr. Guo mainly focuses on dispute resolution including litigation and arbitration.  His practice areas cover new energy, life sciences, automobile and aerospace industries, and entertainment.
Mr. Guo also has experience in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.  He is responsible for conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and other corporate compliance matters.

Educational background

Mr. Guo received a bachelor's degree in Law and a bachelor's degree in Literature from Wuhan University in 2020, and received a master's degree in Law from Northwestern University in 2022.
