Work experience

Mr. Yan's practice mainly focuses on dispute resolution.  He has assisted with arbitration and litigation cases relating to asset management, corporate disputes, and other contract disputes.

Educational background

Mr. Yan obtained his Master of Law degree from Renmin University of China in 2023.  Prior to that, Mr. Yan graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from University of International Business and Economics in 2021.
