Work experience

Mr. Ding specializes in the formation and operation of private equity funds.  His legal services include the registering of private investment fund managers, the filing of private investment funds, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal due diligence, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Ding graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in law, and graduated from Peking University with a master's degree in law.
