Work experience

Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Gao interned at the Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (Shanghai International Arbitration Center) and the financial trial division of the Shanghai Pudong New District People's Court, where he participated in the management of multiple arbitration and litigation cases.  Mr. Gao also interned in the Shanghai office of Jones Day, where he was involved in legal research related to foreign direct investment and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Educational background

Mr. Gao received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Fudan University in 2021, followed by a Master of Laws degree in International Law from Renmin University of China in 2023.
