Professionals Yicong Yang

Work experience

Mr. Yang joined Han Kun in 2023.  He concentrates his practice on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, outbound investment, private equity and venture capital, and foreign direct investment.  He has extensive experience advising Chinese and international clients on complex cross-border transactions across a broad range of industries, including energy, minerals, infrastructure, telecommunications, and consumer goods.

Educational background

Mr. Yang received a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Communications from Renmin University of China in 2020, followed by a Master of Laws degree from Boston College in 2022 and a Master of Laws degree from Renmin University of China in 2023.
