Mr. Sun focuses on IP-related disputes.  Prior to joining Han Kun, he once served as a litigator on the IP litigation team of a famous domestic law firm, and he also served as an in-house counsel responsible for SEP-related matters.
Mr. Sun has provided IP counseling and litigation services for multiple leading companies home and abroad in the fields of telecommunications, electronics, semiconductor and computer software, etc., including patent infringement, patent invalidation, antitrust litigation and enforcement, and unfair competition litigation.  In addition, Mr. Sun has also deeply participated in SEP- and FRAND-related litigation and licensing, representing both SEP owners and implementers in FRAND-compliant royalty rate determination cases, SEP infringement and invalidation proceedings, and both technical and business discussions in SEP licensing negotiations.
