Ms. Ping specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. 
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Ping worked in a private equity firm in legal compliance.

Educational background

Ms. Ping obtained her LL.B. degree from Tsinghua University in 2020, and received her LL.M. (Corporate & Financial Services Law) degree in 2023 from National University of Singapore.
