Work experience

Ms. Song joined Han Kun in 2024 and is mainly engaged in dispute resolution, including civil and commercial litigation and arbitration.  Ms. Song has assisted in litigation and arbitration cases involving corporate control disputes, equity transfer and shareholding disputes, investment and financing disputes such as equity repurchases, securities misrepresentation disputes, and aircraft leasing contract disputes.

Educational background

Ms. Song graduated from Nanjing University with an LL.B. degree in 2021 and graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with an LL.M. degree in 2024.
