Work experience

Mr. Bao specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  His legal services mainly include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, issuing legal opinions with respect to PRC laws, negotiating and closing transactions, and corporate compliance.  His practice spans the artificial intelligence, human resources, internet, consumer goods, and telecommunications industries.

Educational background

Mr. Bao received a Bachelor of Law degree from Northwest University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Law degree from China University of Political Science and Law.
