Work experience

Ms. Li focuses her practice on merger control, antitrust investigations and litigation, and other regulatory matters relating to cross-border mergers and acquisitions.  She advises leading domestic and international companies on competition law and corporate compliance matters.

Educational background

Ms. Li received her LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2022.  In 2024, she obtained an LL.M. degree in International Law from Renmin University of China.
