Work experience

Ms. Li specializes in merger control and other regulatory aspects of cross-border mergers and acquisitions and antitrust investigations and litigation.  She provides antitrust and other corporate compliance legal services to leading domestic and international companies.

Educational background

Ms. Li received her LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2022.  In 2024, she obtained an LL.M. degree in International Law from Renmin University of China.
