Work experience

Ms. Cui's practice focuses on intellectual property dispute resolution, including patent infringement litigation and patent invalidation proceedings.  She has experience across a broad range of technical fields, including telecommunications, semiconductors, optics, and biochemical engineering. 
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Cui interned with a leading PRC law firm, where she worked on intellectual property and dispute resolution matters.

Educational background

Ms. Cui received a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Shanghai University in 2020, and then she received a master's degree in Law from Tsinghua University in 2024.
