Work experience

Ms. Sun mainly assists clients in areas including private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, domestic IPO and refinancings, foreign direct investment, outbound investment, and general corporate.  Her legal services mainly include legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, assisting in negotiations and closing matters, and corporate compliance.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Sun practiced with King & Wood Mallesons, where she provided legal services mainly in areas including domestic and overseas IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, listed company refinancings, and private equity investment and financing.

Educational background

Ms. Sun received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sun Yat-Sen University and a Master of Law degree from Tsinghua University.  She previously studied at National Taiwan University as an exchange student.
