Work experience

Mr. Peter Pang focuses his practice on international capital markets and represents corporates, investment banks, and other institutions in a broad spectrum of legal matters. He is a trusted advisor of corporate clients on complex capital markets transactions throughout their various growth stages, covering U.S. IPOs, Hong Kong IPOs, dual primary and secondary listings, listings by introduction, de-SPACs, pre-IPO restructurings and financings, SEC-registered and private placement follow-on equity and debt offerings, tender offers and other public company mergers and acquisitions, and overseas strategies. He also has extensive experience in advising post-IPO corporate governance and U.S. securities law compliance. With over 15 years of experience, Peter has worked with market-leading companies in China across a wide variety of industries, including technology, media, and telecom (TMT), new energy vehicles, advanced manufacturing, financial technology, and content communities.
Peter has led various complex or "precedent-setting" transactions in China, such as U.S.-Hong Kong dual primary listings, at-the-market offerings by dual primary listed companies, exchangeable bond offerings, offshore acquisitions by tender offers, ADS and share repurchases by tender offers in U.S. and Hong Kong markets by dual primary listed companies, and U.S. dollar-denominated HKEX-listed debt offerings.
