Professionals Jiangshuo Huang

Work experience

Ms. Huang mainly focuses on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Huang is responsible for conducting due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and regulations, and other corporate matters. 
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Huang has worked at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and Clifford Chance.

Educational background

Ms. Huang received a bachelor's degree in Law and a bachelor's degree in Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2018, and received a master's degree in Law from New York University in 2024.
