Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhang worked at Merits & Tree Law Offices and DeHeng Law Offices in Beijing. Ms. Zhang mainly focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, overseas listings and public offerings, and general corporate matters. She is mainly responsible for due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, assisting in drafting legal opinions with respect to PRC laws, assisting in negotiations and closing matters, and corporate compliance.
