Ms. Sheng's practice areas mainly cover healthcare and life sciences, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border compliance, and corporate law.  Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Sheng worked in Tian Yuan Law Firm.

Educational background

Ms. Sheng received a bachelor's degree in law from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2022 and an LL.M. degree from Northwestern University in 2023.
