Work experience

Mr. Wang began his legal career in 2021.  Before joining Han Kun, he worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm.
Mr. Wang focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate affairs.

Educational background

Mr. Wang obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2020, where he subsequently obtained his Master of Laws degree in Civil and Commercial Law in 2023.
