Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Lijuan Zhang worked in a foreign law firm.  Ms. Zhang currently focuses on private equity, venture capital, and general corporate matters.

Educational background

Ms Lijuan Zhang earned her Bachelor's degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2019, followed by a Master's degree in Law from London School of Economics and Political Science in 2021.
