Work experience

Ms. Zhao's  main practice areas cover corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters in the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhao had worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm and Shanghai Harvest Medical Technology Co., Ltd.

Educational background

Ms. Zhao obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Melbourne in 2018, and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2021.
