Janny's practice covers a broad range of corporate transactions, including advising investment banks and corporations on initial public offerings, securities offerings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. She also has extensive experience in advising listed companies on Hong Kong listing compliance, corporate governance, international sanctions, and other regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Janny worked in multiple leading international law firms, including nine years as of counsel, providing legal services to clients in various industries, including TMT, new energy, pharmaceutical and healthcare, financial services, insurance, consumer products, real estate, natural resources, retail, food and beverage, and manufacturing.
