Work experience

Mr. Huang specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and foreign direct investment.  His legal services mainly include conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, providing legal advice for corporate compliance, and conducting legal research on various aspects of both PRC and foreign laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Huang received an LL.B. degree in 2021 from East China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2022, he obtained an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University.
